Refund policy
How cancellations, duplicate purchases, access reversals, and refund requests are handled.
These policies apply to the Pali Fieldbook production service. Provider checkout terms and rights required by applicable law also apply.
Handling
- Duplicate purchases: contact support so the duplicate can be reviewed and refunded when one equivalent access grant remains.
- Unauthorized purchase: contact support promptly, secure the account, and follow Polar’s merchant dispute process.
- Unactivated Oʻahu 10-Day Pass: request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Activated or expired pass: normally non-refundable after the 240-hour clock begins, except for material service failure, duplicate charge, or rights required by law.
- Subscription: cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. A subscription refund does not by itself cancel future renewal, so confirm cancellation separately.
Access after reversal
A confirmed refund or dispute revokes related premium access. Personal Saved Places, Bucket notes, Logbook entries, and export access remain available unless the account itself is deleted.
Requesting help
Send the account email, Polar receipt or order reference, and a short explanation to support@palifieldbook.com. Never send full card details, passwords, or sign-in codes.
